Snapi.sh hosts images and provides shareable links, thumbnails, per-image viewer pages, and time-limited signed delete links.

2) Acceptable use

• Forbidden: Any kind of nudity, Doxxing, Hate/extremist propaganda; IP infringement; Attempts to evade moderation.
• Prohibited: hate/extremist propaganda, IP infringement, attempts to evade moderation.
• Only upload content you have the right to share.

3) Moderation

Automated checks (third-party analysis) and antivirus reduce abuse. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

4) Your uploads

• License: non-exclusive license to store, cache, transform (thumbnails), and display to operate the service.
• Retention: until deleted by user or us.
• Unlisted URLs are not secret; anyone can view.

5) Availability

Provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change.

6) Liability

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7) Copyright

Email info@snapi.sh with links, proof, and a statement of accuracy.

8) Governing law

European law applies (mandatory consumer protections still apply).

9) Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use = acceptance.
